Franchise Agreements and Manuals
Franchise is an entrepreneurial cooperation with legally independent partners. A franchise agreement is necessary to rule it. Since there are so many entrepreneurial aspects necessary to regulate, a manual is often developed in addition to the agreement. It specifies the contents of the regulations concerning the business which the agreement can only refer to due to capacity reasons, for example.
Supervised by the Peckert Group, a specialized team has developed standardized modules for agreements and manuals.
1. Franchise Agreement Concept
The first module is the agreement concept. It summarizes the necessary aspects of regulations concerning the brand world and the franchise system and gives the franchsior the opportunity to internally dicuss the essential agreement contents with their commercial and systemic effects.
2. Franchise Agreement
The second module is the franchise agreement itself. It implements the franchise concept on a legal basis and - due to its references to the manual - allows a fast and straightforward development of the manual. Since the according manual is standardized to a large extent, it usually can be realized without further external support.

3. Franchise Manual
The third module is the franchise manual. It describes the current franchise and product knowledge of the franchisor as well as policies and guidelines. For start-up franchise systems the Peckert group has developed a standard manual that can be completed without major support by the franchisor itself.
