4.1 Agreements and Manuals

Supervised by the Peckert Group, a specialized team (attorney Joachim Klapperich, attorney Dr. Patrick Giesler, Christina Westerhorstmann) has developed standardized modules for agreements and manuals.
The first module is the agreement concept. It summarizes the necessary aspects of regulations concerning the brand world and the franchise system and gives the franchsior the opportunity to internally dicuss the essential agreement contents with their commercial and systemic effects. The second module is the franchise agreement itself. It implements the franchise concept on a legal basis and - due to its references to the manual - allows a fast and straightforward development of the manual. Since the according manual is standardized to a large extent, it usually can be realized without further external support.
The exact procedure will be developed together with the franchisor in the half-day intensive workshop "Codification". In the post production of the intensive workshop, the franchisor will receive a first questionnaire for the franchise concept, a first outline of the agreement as well as a first outline for the manual.

The intensive workshop "Codification" costs 980 € plus tax and includes the workshop documents with the questionnaire and both outlines.
